 On
June 8, 1994, responding to the country ¡°Golden
Tax Project¡± and supported
by the previous Ministry of Electronics Industry,
Ministry of Finance and the State Administration
of Taxation, Great Wall Information Industry
Co., Ltd and Italian MWCR/SAREMA company signed
in the Great Hall of the People and established
Sinota international business equipment Co.,
Ltd. The company was registered in the State
Administration of Industry and Commerce on
September 21. The business range includes
designing , producing and selling fiscal and
non-fiscal cash register and related products,
software and system integration.
As
the subsidiary of GWI, Sinota company is
one of the companies which entered
the Chinese market of fiscal and non-fiscal
cash registers. It developed high-quality
and good-performance products after assimilating
advanced foreign experience and technology.
Approved by the market, Sinota cash register
has the largest sales amount and market
share.
The
Sinota company developed many series of
fiscal products complying with the State
Tax Bureau and the Local Tax Bureau to meet
the requirements of ¡°Golden Tax Project¡±.
The fiscal products were popularized throughout
the country and gained good reputation.
At the same time, Sinota participated in
instituting the strategy of ¡°the State Fiscal
Cash Register Standardization¡± and raised
many constructive suggestions which gained
praise and admission of the State Tax Bureau.
