 In
July 1993, organized by Computer bureau of
Ministry of Electronics, SAREMA company (foreign
holding company of Sinota) displayed the fiscal
cash register in the Capital Hotel. The meeting
was attended by Zen Peiyan, vice director
of State Development and Panning Commission,
Xiang Huaicheng, vice minister of the Ministry
of Finance, Qu Weizhi vice minister of Ministry
of Electronics, Yang Chongchun, vice president
of the State Tax Bureau. In the meeting, they
initially raise the suggestion of compulsively
applying fiscal cash register in China.
In
August, 1993, Hu Qili, president of Ministry
of Electronics wrote to minister Zhu Rongji,
and suggested to popularize fiscal cash
register in cmmerce system and circulation
system which was agreed and approved by
Zhu Rongji.
In
1994, according to the instruction of Ministry
of Electronics, Sinota Int’l business equipment
company was established in Beijing. In the
same year, the holding company of Sinota,
GWI is the appointed manufacture and in
the lead of fiscal cash register. And gained
ISO9002 authentication in the same year,
and it continued to obtain ISO9001, GJB/Z9001
and ISO14001 authentication.
In
1998, GWI marketed fiscal taximeter and
fiscal gauge of oil infusing which successfully
supply a gap in China.
In
December 1999, the Sinota fiscal products
were popularized in Qingdao which is approved
by State Tax Bureau in Qingdao of Shandong
province.
On
May 19, 2000, Sinota fiscal products win
the bid from Local Tax Bureau of Jiangsu

September 13, 2000, the State Tax Bureau
of Henan issued “ the information of popularizing
fiscal cash register” and recommended Sinota
fiscal products.
In
October 2001, the Local Tax Bureau of Yantai
in Shandong province carried on the experiment
of fiscal cash register. Three month later,
Sinota fiscal products were popularized
throughout this city.
In
April 2002, Sinota became the member of
the State Standard Working Group of fiscal
cash register, and actively instituted the
state standard as the core member.
In
April 2002, Sinota fiscal products became
the experimental brand in the State Tax
Bureau of Guiling.
In
July 2002, Sinota won the bid of fiscal
cash register by the top score held by purchasing
center of Tangshan government in Hebei.
In August, it was popularized in Local Tax
System in Tangshan.
In
October 2002, Sinota won the bid by the
top score held by Ganzhou Local Tax Bureau
of Jiangxi.
In
March 2003, Sinota fiscal cash register
and processor passed the stringent function
test and the test of fatigue-resistance
held by Beijing Local Tax Bureau and won
the bid of fiscal cash register held by
Beijing Tax Bureau.
In
April 2003, Sinota fiscal cash register
passed the state standard test by the State
Tax Bureau in Hunan, and passed the test
among taxpayer, Sinota became one of the
company passing the standard test earliest
and gained common praise.
